Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropZura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify PropZura against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent a claim is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
